A long abandoned and neglected transportation and service building in Lawrence Township New Jersey was modernized and transformed into a new, up to date show room and warehouse facility. The work included demolition of the deteriorated office areas, re-purposing and renovating the service areas into a new showroom, and adding a 10,000 square foot pre-engineered warehouse addition. An essential component of the project

was the successful remediation of contaminated soils which enabled the useful re-purposing of an otherwise unusable property.
