This home, originally the boat house on Lake Carnegie, was on the verge of collapse before it was rehabilitated into a state-of-the-art residence. The construction process involved many challenges including underwater reconstruction, select demolition and shoring and high tech amenities such as a 20 zone HVAC system, an indoor lap pool and a 5 Kv solar energy system with generator back-up.
