Oddfellows Hall
Frenchtown, New Jersey
Built in the late 19th century, this building houses two retail spaces, two tenant apartments, and the owner’s apartment comprising the entire 3rd and new 4th floor. Every care was taken to preserve the historical components and character of the building while updating it with modern design and technology. The original mouldings, doors, and hardware were refurbished and restored where possible. Additional features include a new sprinkler system and a private elevator for the primary residence.
