The essence of this project was an upgrade to the existing administrative areas and the addition of classroom and community function spaces to an existing 19th Century Church facility in downtown Princeton, New Jersey. We were asked to develop a work out plan when the original builders were unable to complete the work. The challenge was reorganizing the work, re-establishing or redeveloping new sub contractor relationships in

order to reorganize a construction team to create a quality project and a manageable schedule.
